Serving Leeds and the wider Yorkshire area (including Huddersfield, York, Selby etc.), they offer a full spectrum of bikes — road, mountain, gravel, hybrid, electric, kids — plus a large selection of accessories, wheels, clothing and components. Their physically large store (around 4,000 sq. ft.) features an expansive workshop staffed by experienced mechanics capable of everything from quick fixes to full servicing & repairs. No booking is required for basic work, and collection & delivery services are available. Beyond bikes & servicing, Proper Bike Shop blends community with leisure: there’s Proper Coffee in‐store (coffee, cake), big screens for watching cycling events, and a welcoming atmosphere for all riders—whether competitive, commuting, or weekend exploring.
